Show 1 District Court Judge Boyd Bunnell, in Seventh Judicial Court on March 5, sentenced 18 year-ol- d Johnny Billsie, of Mo ah, to five years in prison on a burglary charge,, The sentence was suspended for an 18 month probationary period, alcohol counseling, and restitution. After the dismissal of minor Powers Whiskers charges, pleaded guilty to charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and assaulting a peace officer while being heldprisoner. Ronald Lehi also pleaded guilty to a similar assault charge. The two men were involved in the same incident. The cases were referred to the Division of Adult Probation for reports. Sentencing is set for April 2. Bunnell advised Judge Harrison Hutchins that if he lives up to a negotiated diversionary agreement, the charges against him could be dismissed at a later date. The victim ofHutchins aggravated assault accepted the agreement. Hutchins will be required to attend alcohol counseling sessions and will be under the supervision of the Division of Adult Probation. Possible contempt charges against Stanley B. Hawkins for failure to appear in court last on a parole violation month charge were dropped by Judge Bunnell.
