One resident went to the rocky Mountains in Colorado with her best briend. She stated these mountains are beautiful and she feels good being up high. Another trip was up to the Blue Mountain. The resident liked to go up there alone and go to places that were special to her and her husband. We also visited the Ozark Mountains, Yellowstone, Kentucky, and LouiviUe, Streebor, Illinois and we also stuck our hands in the harbors of lake Michigan. Using our imaginations is a very important skill in dealing with physical problems we are facing. If we can get our minds off of our problems, we can function better wherever we are. In the February edition of The Record, we reported such an incident. The truck that burned, Baker told us, was owned by Hay Hot Oil Company. The truck was pumping hot oil at Montezuma Creek when the oil line burst. A quick decision was made to let the truck bum and save the propane and oil tanks in the compound.- 1 |
