The purpose of this committee, Osborn explained, is to make long-ranplans for possible of areas outside city annexation limits which could be included in a city masterplan. This would allow for planning in regard to collector roads, sewer and water. Dwight Laws. Osborn said he envisions a long-rangoal of a bowling alley, gym, indoor pool, handball courts and tennis courts for the ge city. The task committee for Public Safety is headed by Karolyn Romero with Bevan Wright, Lynn Wright, Jocelyn Johnson, Francis as Lyman and Richard Mainord members.
