What do we do with ailing backs ? We learn to live with them, because in time most back problems will cure themselves. So hang in there. Do some exerLosing weight, mildly cising. stretching the lower back and legs and strengthening the abdominal muscles will give your ailing back a new lease on life. If you sleep on your back, roll a couple of pillows under your knees. If you must sleep on your stomach, put the pillow under your pelvis to keep the sag out of the rs should curl back. a and into a ball place pillow between the knees. Dont, sit for long periods. Support yourself with your elbows when you lean forward to work at a desk or table. Try to keep your feet raised when sitting and dont cross your legs. Finally, exercise and sports wont harm your back.
