Black, was recently selected to serve as an intern to Utah Senator Jake Garn. A business major at Dixie, Mark is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul D. Black of Monticelio. Some of Marks responsibilities include representing Senator Garn at local public meetings and making a report on what transpired.
