Monticello High's Buckaroo's will be facing the East Carbon Vikings in their annual homecoming football game. The band has been invited to play for the homecoming parade. This is the first year the band has been under the direction of Mr. Erickson. The 60 piece band includes members from grades seven through twelve, and will feature "Victor's March" by Harold Walters. This year's drum major is kenneth C. (Casey) Jones, son of Mr. and Mrs. Cooper Jones. Majorettes are Marcia Christensen, Celia Rowley, and Joylynn Jones. This appearance is in preparation for Monticello's own homecoming parade, Oct. 2.
