Inau&ural Address Since the children of Mr. and Mrs. Max Dalton were all home for the holidays they held a family dinner and reunion Sunday afternoon. Coming from El Monte, Cal. , was Mr. and Mrs. Yancy Dalton and two children; Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Rasmussem and children of Provo arrived; Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Forrest and Ginger Dalton came from Cedar City and they were all joined by Monticellans, the Rust Black family, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Wight, Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Wright and Monte Dalton. Miss Kathleen Summers of Provo was home for Christmas. She returned Thursday accompanied by her mother who went up to have her eyes checked. Mrs. Summers returned on Saturday with Dean and Jean Robinson who had seen in Salt Lake City on (Jan. 20,1961) Are You Concerned About Your Heart? Meeting them there was son, Sandy, who had flown from Fort Lewis, Wn. Next week Sandy will return to Fort Hood, Texas. All were guests of Mrs. John son's daughter, Phyllis Crooks-to- n. Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. L. Robert Andt son were Mr. and Mrs. Jim Nielson and family of Springville. Mrs. Nielson is the sister of Mrs. Anderson. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Callister of Delta spent a week of the holidays with Mrs. Callister's pareats, the Clyde Bartons. Mj. and Mrs. Steve Nielson of Provo spent a few days with the John Lewis and Milt Nielson families. Roger and Marion Martindale arrived Friday to spend the remaining holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ace Holden. They spent Christmas with his parents in Las Vegas. Mr. and Mrs. Donald Blake have moved to White Canyon for the winter and Mr. and Mrs. Randy Stanard are living in their home while they are gone. Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Wilson enjoyed the visit of their Eula daughter and and John Stuckey from Shreveport, La. son-in-la- w, The French Club will sponsor a movie called "Poppy is Also a Flower". The date is pending because of other activities. The Junior Class Rings have come ! Students may pay for them in the office. The students have chosen a different type of ring this year. During the Junior Assembly of Dec. 13 the personalities for the year were announced. The Best Dancers are Dennis Woodard and Julie Ann Bradford. The Most Athletic are Delbert Whitehair and Mera Bayles. The Most Humerous are Jeff Black and Anita Cordova. Mr. and Miss School Spirit are Leamon Roberson and Bonnie Brockmier. Favorite teachers were Mr. Nelson arid Miss Henderson. The Most Talented - Sue Nielson and LeGrand Black. Most Likely to Succeed Brent Kar-chn- er and Kaye Palmer. Best Dressed Debbie Reeves and Don Woodard. Most Courteous Layne Jones and Marcia Jones. Friendliest - Snookie Shum-wa- y and Hans Bayles. Best All Around Clyde Helquist, Cherry Couraud and Mr. and Mrs. San Juan are Lynn Bayles I and Carol Lynn. The winner of the Christmas I tree contest was the Senior Class, with the Juniors coming in second and the seventh grade third. Pictured is the winning tree.
