Show St. Christopher Mission News Two major staff changes have occurred at St. Christopher's Mission. Joyce Higley has joined the Mission staff, as supervisor of the Frontier Corps Program. Coming from Milwaukee, Wis. , with her 15 year old son, Ronnie, Joyce brings to the Mission a wide range of experience which has included being closely involved with the original Peace Corps Training Program at the University of Wisconsin.
