Show Navajos plan sale Summer Session starts Monday The Navajo Tribe of Window Rock, Ariz. , has announced It Is planning another large lease sale in the Four Comen area. It is tentatively set for July 1 of this year. The announcement was also made that P. K. Hurlbut has been appointed as geologist for the tribe. He will live at Callup, N. M. , and office at Window . Rock Agency Headquarters effective July 1. The students with their antique looking bottles, were selected from Mr. Abplanalp's Fourth Grade class to represent them at this Art Exhibit. MHS Band mental music program consisting of Junior High Band starting at 2 p. m. dally, Monday through Friday; Dance Band at 3 p. m. daily and Senior High Band at 6 p. m. daily, all Monday through Friday. Classes at the Monticello I include 1 for reading grades through 6; science for grades 4, 5 and 6, and mathematics for grades 5 through 9. Elementary Band will also be offered to grades 4 through 6. In Blanding, the Elementary School will offer Reading for Grades 1 through 6; Science for Grades 4, 5 and 6; arts and crafts for Grades 4 through 6. These courses will also be for five weeks. At the San Juan High School a number of vocational classes are being offered which include Arts and Crafts, typing, Home Economics and Vocational Agriculture. The Indian Summer School program will be conducted at the Park Terrace Elementary School, the Montezuma Creek Elementary School and the Mexican Hat Elementary School. This program is an enrichment program in Language Arts. The Monticello High School Marching Band has been invited by the Pioneer Day Parade Committee to march in Salt Lake City July 24.
