The minimum wage paid to all skilled labor employed on this contract shall be $2.65 per hour. The minimum wage paid to all intermediate labor employed on this contract shall be $2.10 per hour. The minimum wage paid to all unskilled labor employed on this contract shall be $2.00 per hour. Plans and specifications are on file in the office of the State Road Commission, Salt Lake City, and the office of its District Engineer at Price, Utah where they may be reviewed by prospective bidders.
