S. college Tuesday, when they walked all over the Business college five to the tune of 35 to 9. The Business college team was outclassed by the seniors in both basket shooting and floor work. During the first half of the game the seniors kept the hoop rattling continuously and had piled up a total of 27 points before the gun sounded. The best the Business college could do was to bag one field goal and one foul. In the last half of the game, however, the Business college defense worked somewhat better and the seniors get but eight points. J Smith led in the scoring for the victors with five field goals. Richardson at guard and Heufner at center both played consistent games also. Bailey and Miller, with two field goals each, and Tanner, with one foul pitch, did what scoring there was for the losers. U. at the halfback positions and Harpster of Carnegie Tech at quarterback My choice of Strong is a deliberate choice, in spite of his comparatively poor showing against Oregon on Thanksgiving day. In all other games this year Strong was a star performer. A most liberal use of superlatives is required when mentioning any of these men. Scull. I believe, is one of the truly great backs of the last decade and he. among other things, would back the line in this combination. Cagle is a stronger runner to the left than to the right, while the reverse is true of Strong. I therefore place Cagle at right halfback, with Strong at left. While Cagle, Strong and Scull are all good kickers. Scull and Strong are brilliant one, with Scull leading the field in this respect.
