It seems like the only team we defeat is North Sanpete and they dont even have a golf course. Are the best golfers in the school even on the team. I have only one suggestion for next year, no make that two Keep more younger players on the team, they will only get better for the experience. Its just as easy to keep 20 as it is 12, lets teach the youngsters. Next year, how about send out adults with each foursome during tryouts to keep scores. Golfers are like fishermen, they have a tendency to stretch the truth. Rules will change for 1999 fishing Proclamation available December More consistent, year-roun- d trout fishing should be enjoyed at Scofield Reservoir, and less walleyes should be illegally snagged in Utah Lakes tributaries, after the Utah Wildlife Board approved Utahs 1999 Fishing Proclamation at a Sept. 24 meeting in Salt Lake City. Also included in the proclamation are rules designed to maintain quality fishing on the lower Price River, and a rule allowing Pineview Reservoir anglers to include one tiger muskie, 40 inches or longer, in their daily bag limit. All rules approved by the board go into effect Jan. 1, 1999. The 1999 Utah Fishing Proclamation will be available in December. We really want these animals harvested and need people willing to suffer the rigors of the Henry Mountains in December and January, Welch said. This will not be an easy hunt. The animals will already have been hunted twice and will be well distributed and wary. The terrain is rugged and there will probably be snow on the ground, he added. Welch said those who draw a permit should expect muddy at lower elevations and on top. conditions snowy Hunters should have access vehicles or to horses, strong people with backpacks, as the bison will not likely be in areas accessible to trucks In order to take the animals, an addition hunt must be held though, Welch said If the Division put additional hunters in the field during one of the regular bison hunts, the number of hunters in the field at once would probably result in the animals being pushed into inaccessible areas where hunting is extremely difficult, Welch said. Too many hunters in the field also would decrease the quality of the hunting experience hunters woulj have, Division Southeastern Region Wildlife Manager Jim Karpowitz told the board.
