Preceded in death by parents; his wife; brother, John (Jack) Eden; and sister, Elvertis (Vee) Eden. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 3, at 1 p.m. in the Cleveland Ward LDS Chapel. Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral at the church. Burial will be in the Cleveland City Cemetery under the direction of Fausett Mortuary. Joseph Heaton LAVERKIN Joseph Linden Heaton, age 91, husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, died Friday morning, Oct. 30, 1992 at his home. He was born July 27, 1901 in Orderville to Joseph William and Amelia Carroll Heaton. He married Phyllis Lovinia Webb June 28, 1923 in St. George LDS Allott Eden Henry Allott Eden , age 83, died Thursday, Oct. 29, 1992, at his home in Cleveland. He was born June 6, 1909 in Cleveland to Henry and Annie Catherine Williams Eden. He married Lucille Gentry Jan. 22, 1956 in Elko, Nev.; she died June Temple. Mr. Heaton led a full and colorful life. A member of the LDS Church, he was always active and served in many areas including Scoutmaster, Sunday School teacher, secretary of stake Sunday School, secretary and president of Seventies Quorum, stake Young Mens president, stake high counselor, counselor in district presidency in the Wyoming West Central States Mission, temple ordinance worker in both the Salt Lake City and St. George temples, High Priest group leader and teacher and taught the gospel doctrine class. 25, 1958. Allott served in WWII from August 1942 to July 1943. He was a member of the LDS Church and lifelong rancher. He is survived by a sister, e Wells, Cleveland; nieces and nephews, Lama Jensen, Elmo; Dan Wells, Catherine Camutt, James Wells, all of Cleveland; John Wells, Salt Lake City; Ver-nic- He lived in Casper, Wyo., from 1948 to 1956, in Murray from 1956 to 1968 and in Elmo from 1968 to 1974 before moving to La Verkin to retire. He was a farmer, rancher and businessman. He owned and operated threshing machines and was distinguished as the first person in the nation to successfully thresh sugar beets. He owned and operated a chicken hatchery, sold real estate and later managed the Hurricane Earlier in his life, he owned and operated a grocery store known as Lindens Market." He served as a Washington County commission er and was known as the peacemaker" every where he went. Survivors include his wife, Phyllis of LaVerkin; four sons and four daughters, Mrs. Robert (Roma) Montminy, Tyler, Texas; Max and wife, Virgil Heaton, Elmo; Mrs. Marian (Colleen) Walker, Henderson, Nev.; Glen and wife, Aria Heaton, Elm Mrs. Ernest (Mona) Ketchum, Glendale, Ariz.; Harvard and wife, Barbara Heaton, Panquitch; Mrs. Fred (Sharen) Draayer, Riverdale; Paul and wife, Nolleen Heaton, South Jordan; 54 grandchildren; 133 greatgrandchildren; four two brothers and three sisters, Carroll Heaton, Lorraine Condie, Verna Southern , Weldon Heaton, all of Hurricane; and Genevieve Gubler of LaVerkin. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 4, at 10 a.m. at the LaVerkin 2nd Ward LDS Chapel, 209 South Main. Friends may call at the Metcalf Hurricane Valley Mortuary, 140 North Main, on Tuesday from 7 to 8 p.m. and at the chapel on Wednesday one hour prior to services. She was bom March 3, 1943, in California to J. Donald McLeod and Inez Youngman. She married Ted Beeson Sept. 24, 1961. She lived in Castle Dale for 12 years and for the past nine years in Spanish Fork. She was an active member of the Calvary Assembly of God Church in Salem. Her whole life was devoted to God and her family. Survivors include her husband; her mother; children: Mrs. Kevin (Corrie) Long, Mrs. Juan (Dedanna) Sanchez and Mrs. Paul (Genia) Locke; nine grandchildren; and one sister and two brothers; Don McLeod, Richard McLeod and Mrs. Sam (Donna) 637-440- DISPLAY ON MAIN ST.
