Funded by a grant fromthe Utah State Office of Education, this art program provides model art instruction for students as teachers observe and take notes. The materials, including prints by renowned artists, have been purchased and are now being used to - teach concepts of design, value, perspective and style as well as art history. One model lesson, taught by Vicki Nielson, highlighted Irish born artist William Harnett. Harnett began painting still life at a young age.
