Show SANDY NEWS by Connie Sargent AM 5-7668 Mrs. Ralph Evans attended a luncheon for district chairmen of the New March of Dimes, at the home of Mrs. Mas Miner of Salt Lake City one day last week. Mr. and Mrs. Leanard Bell and son, Keith, motored to Tooele Wednesday Wed-nesday where they enjoyed dinner at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bell. Gary Rager, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clare Rager, was honored with a family party at his home Monday in celebration of his third birthday. Those attending were Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Rager of Lark, Mr. and Mrs. Anthon Jacobson and daughter, Nadine, of Midvale and Mr. and Mrs. William Rager and children, Kenny, Danny, Rochelle and Reanon Rea-non of West Jordan. Light refreshments refresh-ments were served. Attending a family reunion at Salem Park in Salem on Wednesday Wednes-day were Mr. and Mrs Ronnie Burke and children, Kim, Pat and Mike, Mr. and Mrs. George Hardman and family, Mrs. Melva Wilson and family, fa-mily, Jimmy, Jeanne, Carol, Judy and Beverly of Sandy and Mr. and Mrs. Roy Hardman and daughter, Debbie, of Copperton. Mr. and Mrs. Don Derricott of Salt Lake City spent last week end at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Evans. Mr. and Mrs. Russell Lamb and children, David, Debbie and Stacey enjoyed dinner Wednesday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Fahrni and daughter, Susan, of Midvale. Sunday Mr. and Mrs. William D. Nielsen and Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Bell motored to SDanish Fork to visit with their mother, Mrs. Maggie Mag-gie Peck on her birthday anniversary, annivers-ary, who is visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Stickney. Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Burke and Mr. and Mrs. George Hardman went to see and hear Frankie Laine and enjoyed dancing at Lagoon last Saturday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Evans spent Wednesday and Thursday at MaJad, Idaho, visiting with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Clare Rager and children, Gary and Karen, had as dinner guests Tuesday evening his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Rager of Lark. The occasion honored his parents' wedding anniversary. Roseann Arko was honored Tues day on her sixth birthday with a party at her home given for her by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Arko. Guests attending were George, Geo-rge, Lori and Charlene Jensen, Denny Den-ny Khrone, Janie and Randy Jackson, Jack-son, Julie Atkinson, Ricky Clouse, Fred Arko, Susan and Todd Hunes, Jimmy and Stephen Hausknecht, and Eddie and Johnnie Arko. Games Gam-es and refreshments were enjoyed. Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Sargent and sons, Jon and Carl, and Mrs. Mae Stillman had as dinner guests last night (Thursday) Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Sherwood of Salt Lake City and Mrs. Carrie McCallum of Las Vegas, Nevada. |
