Last weekend, Howard Williams of Castle Dale realized a dream he's had since fie was a boy when he shot a buffalo during the statea special permit buffalo hunt In the Henry Mountains of Garfield County. Howard was just one of 33 hunters to draw on the hunt which is authorized each year by the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources. Thirty-tw- o of the permits went to Utah hunters while the other three, including one purchased for $5,500, went to hunters.
