Detail was referred to Grand County Sheriffs Office. In Australia, a man was sentenced 7:31 p.m. Huntington man was arrested near his residence for DUI. Suspect was booked into the Emery Jail on the charge and later bailed out. Male driver was arrested on 9 11 :50 p.m. west of Emery High School for DUI. Suspect was booked into Emery County jail. - 1:33 a.m. Male subject was arrested for DUI in Huntington and his female companion was arrested for intoxication after deputies made contact with them on Huntington Main Street. 9:33 a.m. Huntington resident reported that a neighbor had killed his dog. Suspect in the incident told deputies the animal had been chasing his livestock. Animal was valued at $300. Minor accident reported near 300 4:59 p.m. East 200 North in Huntington. No injuries were sustained in the mishap. - 2:39 p.m. Castle Dale man reported that he had hit a deer on the highway north of Price. There were no injuries and courtesy report was taken for Utah Highway Patrol. - 7:25 a.m. Traffic accident reported just north of Huntington. Vehicle ran off the road and through a fence into a large culvert. Vehicle was heavily damaged but there was no apparent injury to vehicle occupants. Another accident was reported in 8:18 a.m. Clawson. Female driver of the vehicle escaped injury. Several vehicles were reportedly 12:46 p.m. ransacked while parked at the LDS Church in Huntington. No estimate of damage was available but juvenile suspect is being questioned in the case. 4:51 p.m. Huntington resident reported that someone had shot a hole in one of the tires of his y School District Castle someone that put sugar in gas tanks of one reported of the school buses. 7:46 a.m. Huntington Post Office reported vandalism that occurred overnight at the post ofDale-Emer- -- 10 a.m. Huntington woman reported receiving threats from a former acquaintance. 9:10 a.m. U.S. Forest Service officials reported someone had broken into the Orange Olsen Ranger Station in Joes Valley. Investigators found that someone had entered a trailer at the ranger station in an attempt to keep warm during the night. Evidence indicated that nothing was taken from the scene. 7:03 p.m. Greg Jaimez of Orangeville reported that someone entered his home and stole a television set. 7:56 p.m. Deputies investigated report of child abuse reported in the Ferron area. Investigation is continuing. 11:31 p.m. Prowler call in Orangeville area. Complaintant said someone was walking around her trailer. When deputies arrived three minutes later the suspect had left the area. - 9:05 a.m. female was transported to the Emery Medical Center for treatment of possible broken leg suffered in accident in Valley View Estates in Castle Dale. 2:12 p.m. Castle Dale Fire Dept, responded to possible gas pump fire at Tracys Conoco. Damage was contained to a single pump and fire was quickly extinguished. A 10:30 p.m. West Valley, Utah man was arrested at a Castle Dale store. He was charged with possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute. Deputies found several ounces of suspected marijuana in the suspects vehicle. He was booked in the Emery County Jail also on a charge from Salt Lake County for commitment on an earlier conviction from that county. 10:30 p.m. Deputies arrested a Huntington man for driving while intoxicated on Huntington Main Street. p.m. - Two vehicle accident to Valley View subdivision on 9 west of Emery High School. No injuries. 9 : 27 p.m. Ferron juvenile was arrested on court - 4:32 reported at entrance order from Fifth District Juvenile Court for juvenile probation violation. He was transported to the juvenile detention center in Price. Two men were arrested for 1:22 a.m. DUI at 500 South Main in Huntington. Both men later charged with possession of marijuana and booked into Emery County Jail. 10:22 a.m. Fire reported in back room of residence at 699 South Main in Orangeville. Units from Castle Dale and Orangeville responded. Fire apparently started in a stove at the rear of the house and spread through part of one room. Damage was confined to that room. Exact amount of damage was not known but firemen quickly extinguished the flames. 3:55 p.m. Boys bike reported stolen from the elementary school in Orangeville. Bicycle was found later by a student on the school grounds. Neilson Construction Co. reported 10:00 a.m. that some night lights had been broken at the construction company yard. Bus driver on Continental Trailways 9:34 p.m. bus reported that he had hit a cow on just east of Green River. None of the passengers were injured on the bus but the bus suffered minor damage. 3:37 p.m. Utah State narcotics agents assisted by Emery County deputies arrested two Huntington men east of Huntington after an undercover agent purchased some marijuana from the suspects.
