Spring City, Utalv has filed with the State Engineer, a request for an extension of time from February 2, 1952 to February 2, 1957, in which to make and submit proof of appropriation of water under Application No. 11456 for the apof propriation of 10 sec.-f- t. water from. Cedar Creek, 15 sec.-f- t. from Black Canyon from Brough Creek, 15 sec.-f- t. Fork Creek in Sanpete County, Ut., and used as a supplemental supply to irrigate 3312 acres of land in Sanpete County. It is represented that $176, 000.00 has been expended on construction of works, which Is completed. Additional time is requested to apply all of the water to full beneficial use and prepare proof of appropriation.. All protests resisting the granting of said request, with reasons therefor, must be made In affidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City Utah, on or before April 6, 1952.
