We are so pleased by all the articles and photographs that have come in, stated managing editor Janet Wilcox. There will be enough for at least 2 issues of Blue Mountain Shadows, and maybe three focusing on Monticello and surrounding areas. Roring will be the editor of these issues and she has made a terrific effort in collecting information, and encouraging people to write about the history of their homes and businesses. We are especially excited about all the photographs she has collected," stated Wilcox. We really appreciate the willingness of Monticello people to write down these histories, and share their photos and memories. Unfortunately, because of the delay in publishing the 3rd Cottonwood issue, and lateness in getting all the articles in, the Monticello issue will not be ready for publishing until after Christmas. In the meantime, there are 23 other great issues to select from for Christmas gift giving.
