Although issues were previously identified, a substantial amount of time has passed and the Monticello Field Office seeks public comment related to any new or additional issues that need to be identified and addressed in the Indian Creek Corridor Recreation Plan. Through public comment, the following issues were originally identified and would be considered within this planning Issue-1- . document: are necessary to assure that private lands and property are not adversely affected by the actions and activities taking place on adjacent public lands? How can conflicts between landowners and visitors be resolved or reduced? Issue-3- . W'hat parking areas, turnouts and other types of transportation-related facilities, as well as visitor service facilities are appropriate? Issue-4- . What level of protection is needed for cultural, riparian and other resource values to reduce im pacts from associated recreation use? OHV categories and OHV trail designations, firewood collection (and any other Resource Management Plan amendment level issues) will be addressed in Lockhart BasinIndian Creek Resource Management Plan Amendment involving this area.
