Hibbard, 31 years of age, was arrested at noon today by Detective L. W, Pack and R. H. Chambers on the chRrge of being a draft evader. According to Hibbard s story to Chief of Police Allison, he did not appear before any draft or medical board. He said he dodged military service by going to central Idaho and driving a stage at Challls after having registered at Lava Hot Springs.
