Farrell hereinafter called the gTantee and to his assigns, for the construction and the operation of a w?ter works system, the water pipes of which will be laid across and along a certain County Road. The Board of Commissioners of the County of "Box Elder in the State of ' Utah ordains as follows: Section 1." That there be and hereby is granted to Alfred L. Farrell and to his assigns, a franchise to" construct and to operate a Water Works system across, upon and along the County Road of Box Elder County now existing and used for public travel and described as follows Beginning in Baid road at a point eighty rods la a northerly direction from the South West Comer of Section 13 in Township twelve north of Range two, west of the Salt Lake Meridian United States Survey for Utah and thence running in a northerly direction for the distance of one mile and one-hal- f of a mile. The said ''water pipes where laid in said County Road shall be placed at the depth of at least three and one-hal- f feet below the surface of said road, and the trench made for the purpose of laying said pipes shall be filled up immediately after the said pipes shall be laid and tested.
