Twenty thousand, dollars' worth of morphine, part of a big quantity of narcotic and whisky stolen from the army quartermasters storehouse at the Presidio, was recovered In OeJtland by federal Internal revenue agents. Two men who raided the warehouse jrere arrested. Three weeks of trailing a trunk, shipped from San Franclaco after the looting, led the agents to the Alberta There agents entered the apartmqnta. rooms occupied Louis Baldacci, by alias "Dago Fat," and Jack, alias "Jluggsy Williams," who were arrested. In the trunk were found seventy bottles of morphine, all bearing the I'nlted States government stamp of ownership. Baldacci and Williams, the arofficers said, confessed their resting gu'it.
