The insurance payments will be made In the cases of married men as follows: Two hundred and fifty dollars at the time of death and $20 per mopth thereafter vn-t- ll the fu.l amount has been paid. The Insurance for the single employee will ' he paid, $125 at the time of death anil $10 per month until the $500 has been paid. Following the directors' meeting the J. G McDonald Welfare and Kellef association was formed by the heads of the different departments. Weekly meetings will be held, at which every employee of the factory is expected to he present The welfare of the workers will he earnestly guarded by the committee and steps taken to alleviate any trouble or extend aid in cases of sickness.
