Zoe, born March 5, 2005 was Anemia, a rare blood disease diagnosed with that inhibits her body from making its own red blood cells. Once per month her parents Dale and Belinda Smith (pictured with Zoe) take her to the hospital in Dallas for treatment. St. Marys Hospital in Grand Junction, Colo., a member of the National Blood AssociaBlackfan-Diamon- d tion will conduct the drive and transfer the credits to Zoe at her Dallas location, also a member of the association. The exhibit runs from June 23 to September 3, and admission is free. We are very excited to have this exhibition running all summer at the gallery. Lydia Johnson, exhibit curator, has done a great j'ob creating a truly unique exhibit, said Bill Byrnes, dean of the College of Performing and Visual Arts.
