Hernandez, assigned to the 75th Mission Support Squadron, received the award :1 in ceremonies held at ill! Eccleston was honored for his work as senior analyst in the SupplyFuels Policy and Procedures Division, Deputy Chief of Staff, Installations and Logistics at the Pentagon.
