Red Rock Speedway association held its annual awards banquet November 23, at the Mi Vida Restaurant. Dale Parriott, Track Manager, presented plaques of appreciation to some of the various individualsbusinesses who volunteered their help in different forms, throughout the racing season. Those receiving plaques included: Grand County, Cal Burton, John Jorden, Jess Nation, The Parts Store, Chip Brox, Kathy and Dick Rose, John Fogg, Pizza Hut, Glen Victor, McDonald's, Ron Nagel, Don Nagel, Canyonlands Auto Parts, Travel Lodge, Corky and JoAnn Key, Paul Scrider, and the General office at Snap On.
