The a building will be ofclassroom for training, regional fices for department employees and the county assessor, a secondary location for housing an ambulance or firetruck, plus a holding facility for prisoners. Unfortunately, the county did i t check into the zoning requirements of the city, and as of right now, there is no possibility that a building to be used for this purpose will have zoning approval. At this point, the county must meet with the Zoning Variance Committee requesting a variance of the zoning regulations to allow the facility. There is major opposition from a number of neighbors to this warehouse and it is likely that the Sheriffs Department will host a public meeting to allay some of the fears of the residents. multi-purpos- j ARE NO PIPE DREAMS Kelling Insurance, L.E.
