The other revisions to the UACR are in response to Section 123 of the Federal Clean Air Act of establishing an emission limitation due to stack height or dispersion techniques. Section 17 of the SIP includes a demonstration that existing stacks which exceed 65 meters in height meet Good Engineering Practice.
