The readings will be on the Westminster College campus, 1840 S. 1300'E., at 8 p.m. The readings are open to the public at no charge. He has taught at Columbia, and Princeton; agd currently teaches at the of Massachusetts. Cam-bridg- e, Uni-ftfsi- ty and translator Charles Wright, who will read Nov. 2 in Nunemaker Place, has won both !POet Are' Edgar Allen Poe Award and the Translation Prize. His poetry, collections include "The Grave 41 the Right Hand," "Hard Ffgight," "Bloodlines," "China Trace," and"The Southern Cross." His first coileciton of poetry in English was "Tremor," published by Farrar, Straus, Giroux. Zagajewski teaches each spring at the University of Houston. Maura Stanton will appear April 5 at Nunemaker Place. Recipient of the Yale Series of Younger Poets Award, Stanton has written both poetry and fiction. Her poetry collections include, "Snow on Snow," "Cries of the Swimmers," and "Tales of the Supernatural." Her novel, "Molly Companion," was l. published by On April 19 Heather McHugh will conduct a reading on the third floor of Converse Hall. A poet and translator, McHugh is Milliman at the University of Washington. She has been Holloway Lecturer in Poetry at the University of California at Berkeley. Her collections include "Dangers," "A World of Difference," and "To The Quick." Her most recent collection, "Shades," is from Wesleyan, 1988.
