In tlie late '40s and through the '50s, there wasn't a girl singer around who could touch her. She could sing ballads and uptempo tunes and the Clooney voice was like spun gold. I'm pleased to report that she's back. And in fine fettle and fine voice, too. "I'm going back to work, seriously," Rosie says. It's been a hard time for her. She had a breakdown in '68, she says, and things were rough. "I tried to sing again after that," she says, "but I just tant, I'm enjoying it again." "I'm still singing the old songs," Rosie says. She's had success so as much as anybody she isn't hungry for that Now she's working for the fun of it. MS "I'm doing some talk shows, some guest shots, some personal appearances." she says "I don't want to work too much, just in the ft the colors of summer await you for Barbara Cartland is the author of world's but not one romantic novels of her books has been made into a movie "I'm too expensive," says the English author.
