Show Plans readied for festival The 1981 Utah Arte Festival, Utah's annual celebration of the arts, will run Wednesday, June 24 through Sunday, June 28, on West Temple in downtown Salt Lake City. The Utah Arts Festival is the only statewide, dinosaur, or decorate the Utah Arte Festival's fifth birthday cake.
