Show FRACTURED GOLDEN POTATO CASSEROLE TACOS Rochelle Williams Velma Connell medium potatoes pt. sour cream ( IMO) 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, 6 1 1 1 grated r l. bunch green onions, chopped Tbsp. milk 1 tsp. salt tsp. pepper 2 Tbsp. melted butter 13 cup bread crumbs 1 J. 3 1 can tomato sauce 3 cans water (tomato paste can) 1 tsp. chili powder Vt cup of rice 'i tsp. cumin Add chili powder, cumin, garlic and salt. Simmer for 30 minutes. Scrub potatoes and cook in HOLIDAY HOURS: 10 Remove from water and cool. Peel and grate. Add sour cream, cheese, onions, milk, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly, turn into buttered pan or casserole. Combine melted butter and bread crumbs, sprinkle over top. Bake in 300 oven for 50 minutes. Serves 8.
