Among the ways the community finds to fill the days with healthful activity is an expanded program of recreation under the direction of Provo Parks and! Recreation Director, Lynn Rockwood, and a staff of skilled instructors. The program concentrates on (children of school ages from kindergarten to high school but there are also some' adult activUiesundex, .naygrouna iun, aancmg, asic arts, axama, suiw;ttu, tennis, golf and swimming are scheduled by the Recreation Department. In addition, Provo City Schools are offering H instructive courses in such areas as music. While registrations have already been made for some of the programs, there are still openings and children may be registered at the Recreation Office of the City Building or at the location of the activity.
