Show ivy1 i Officers Plan Crackdown On Litterbugs SALT LAKE CITY (UPI) Salt Lake City Police have started a crackdown on persons littering North Temple Street in the western part of the city. Two motorcycle officers have been assigned to patrol the area from the Jordan River to the Airport cutoff during the' hours the dry dump is' open. They have issued 20 citations to violators during the past' week. Larry' Scott said the man was identified Saturday as Eugene Murphy of ,Ogden. He said the body, which had head and leg injuries, was discovered west of Rainbow Gardens parking lot. Police records showed a man had reported seeing an Injured man at the mouth of the canyon Friday morning, but a check of the area turned up only a pair of trousers with Murphy's name in . them.
