Frick announced Friday that the Series will begin on Wednes day, Oct. 3, in the home park of - the National League champion. The second game will be played in the same park with games 3, 4 and 5 scheduled for the home park of the American League champion on Saturday, Oct. 6, Sunday, Oct. 7, and Monday, ' Oct. 8. The sixth and seventh games, if necessary, would be played in the National League winner's park on Wednesday, Oct. 10, and Thursday, Oct. 11. - This . schedule, making Friday, Oct. 5, and Tuesday, Oct. 9, travel days, will stand unless it's an all-LAngeles . series between the Dodeers and Angels. In that case the games would be played on consecutive days. The price of box seats has increased from $10.50 to $12 each and the cost of reserved seats from $7.35 to $8. Openstand reserved seats will be $4, bleachers $2 and standing, room $4. The prices include all taxes.
