Nielsen, 28, 810 W. 3rd N., Salt Lake City, found guilty by jury of the death' of Lorenzo Main Hicks, May1 19, 1961, while driving a car under the influence of intoxicating liquor, was sentenced by Fourth District Court jury Friday to one to 10 years in . prison. ; Sentence was suspended on the condition he serve, 90 days in the county jail, and he was placed on probation for 18 months.' He was given stay of execution. Mr. Hicks was one of three persons killed in a three on Highway 50-- 6 near Colton bridge, Spanish Fork Canyon. Five persons-wer- e injured. 1M.
