Am I in the wrong? Thalia DEAR THALIA: Use every housekeeping shortcut in' but get out with your husband, You spend enough time worrying and cr;1ng; use it in keeping hubby company. It's a wife's business to know where a husband goes on Saturday night and to be there herself. Other wise, you can't expect him to resist for long the temptations offered to a lone wolf. goes ; . th-bo- ok, - ' - Dear Dorothy Dix; I am yery worried about a cousin of mine and hop you can help me, ' The lady is a widow in her with a very good business estab-lishe- 4 by her husband and herself. She took in a partner, a man about 25 years younger than ' she is. He's a bachelor, living In a hotel. These two have been seen working . nights and Saturdays (when most business offices In dur city are closed). She never before worked outside of regular business hours. We think she's fallen in love with the young man and are sure he means no good. We think he Just likes attention from her to inflate his ego. A Relative mid-fiftie- Dear Relatives s, I wonder if the carefully her lady realizes relatives watch out for her and how greatly concerned they are about her? Or maybe they just have nothing to do but snoop. Your cousin and her business partner are adults, well able to look after their own affairs, tven if they were, not, self - appointed gvardians have little influence. In other words, this is strictly a affair. Some of the small ones do If bread and rolls are enriched. the label must say 10. Some bakers use enriched white flour. Others put an enrichment tablet into the dough. Both methods give, the same results of added nutrition in the baked pro ducts. Homemakers , who use white bread can do much to improve their families' nutrition bv refill If you do your own baking, make sure that all the white flour you buy is enriched. The label will tell you.. If you buy white bread and rolls read the labels and buy only those which have an enrichment label on them, cautions Emily W, Utah County Extension Tyle Home agent with Utah State Uni versity, Igan. The bread and flour enrichment program was started during World War II because so many American diets were low in iron and three of '..the MB' vitamins, thiamin, niacin, and ; riboflavin. ' These are four of the nutrients which are taken out of whole wheat during the process of making white flour. Some other .nutrients-originallpresent in the wheat kernel are not put back into the enriched white flour or white bread. Since they are widely present - in many other foods, it is .considered that there is no need of adding them to the white flour or white bread. Utah does not have legislation requiring mills and bakeries to enrich their white flour. Some of the local mills enrich their top grades of flour but not their cheap er grades. This means that many families in the lower Income group who use the lower-coflour are : w, ; I Mr.-and- . Week. - - ... .
