Park City Film Series Drive In Movie: ‘International Ocean Film Tour Vol. 5’ Park City Film Series’ annual drive in movie will be “International Film Tour Vol. 5,” not rated, at dusk on Saturday, Aug. 11, in Prospector Lot K near the Park City Marriott. The event, a partnership with the film series, Park City Standup Paddle Boarding, Basin Recreation and the Prospector Square Property Owners Association, will also feature pre-screening activities and giveaways. Guided Historic Hike at Deer Valley A guided historic hike will start at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 12, near the base of the Sterling Express chairlift at Deer Valley. The group will cover a moderately strenuous trail that is less than six miles long. The pat will highlight the area’s mining history. Hops Hunters Hike This week’s Hops Hunters hike will start at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 12, at the Ontario Mine Tunnel parking lot on upper Marsac Avenue. Monday, Aug. 13 Camp Safety The Summit County Attorney’s Office, in conjunction with local law enforcement, will host its annual Camp Safety for children entering Kindergarten and first grades.
