Park City Institute Presents L.A. Theatre Works’ ‘The Mountaintop’ Park City Institute will present L.A. Theatre Works’ “The Mountaintop” at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 31, at the Eccles Center for the Performing Arts, 1750 Kearns Ave. The performance, which commemorates the 50th anniversary of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. is a fictional account of King’s last night at the Lorraine Motel where he meets cleaning maid Camae who is not who she pretends to be. Egg Dyeing at Kimball Art Center An egg dyeing session will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, March 31, at the Kimball Art Center, 1401 Kearns Blvd. Students will dye one dozen hard boiled eggs in spring colors and have the opportunity to learn new dyeing techniques such as marbling, design and adding unique touches with glitter and wax resist. Climbing Wall at the Swaner EcoCenter The Swaner EcoCenter, 1258 Center Drive at Kimball Junction, offers climbing on Saturdays and Sundays from 1-3 p.m. The climbing wall is open to most ages. The EcoCenter will provide the climbing harness, but climbers must wear closedtoe shoes. Climbers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to sign a liability waiver.
