Carpenter, 23, of Windsor, California, entered a guilty plea to attempted possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, a Class A misdemeanor. The court imposed a one-year jail sentence. That sentence was suspended and the court placed the defendant on court probation for 12 months, ordered her to pay a $2,500 fine, and complete other standard terms and conditions. Andrew V. Dennison, 23, of Morristown, Tennessee, entered a guilty plea to possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, a Class B misdemeanor. The court imposed a 180-day jail sentence and a $1,900 fine. That sentence was suspended and the court placed the defendant on court probation for 12 months, ordered the defendant to pay a $1,900 fine, and complete other standard terms and conditions. Charity Christensen, 38, of Park City, entered guilty pleas to two counts of theft by deception, both second-degree felonies, and one count of forgery, a third-degree felony. Sentencing is May 8. Joseph Paul Hydok, 27, of Park City, entered a guilty plea to assault, a Class A misdemeanor, and intoxication, a Class C misdemeanor. The court imposed a one-year jail sentence and a $2,500 fine for assault, and imposed a 90-day jail sentence and a $500 fine for intoxication. Those sen- tences were suspended and the court placed the defendant on supervised probation for 18 months, ordered him to pay a $500 fine and complete other standard terms and conditions. Candace Nicole Lewis, 28, of Las Vegas, Nevada, entered a guilty plea to possession or use of a controlled substance, a Class B misdemeanor. The court imposed a 180-day jail sentence and a $500 fine. That sentence was suspended and the court placed the defendant on court probation for 12 months, ordered her to pay a $500 fine, and complete other standard terms and conditions. Eric Perez, 39, of Whittier, California, entered into a sixmonth plea in abeyance to possession or use of drug paraphernalia, a Class B misdemeanor. The Court ordered the defendant to pay a $600 fee, and complete other standard terms and conditions. Kristofer Pfeiffer, 23, of Bountiful, entered a guilty plea to attempted theft, a Class B misdemeanor. The court imposed a 180-day jail sentence and a $1,000 fine. That sentence was suspended and the court placed the defendant on court probation for 12 months, ordered him to pay a $500 fine and complete other standard terms and conditions. Max Gregory Shaeffer, 36, of Kennewick, Washington, entered a guilty plea to attempted possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, a Class A misdemeanor. The court imposed a one-year jail sentence and a $2,500 fine. Jose Adrian Delarosa-Constantino, 38, of Park City, entered a guilty plea to aggravated sexual abuse of a child, a first-degree felony. Sentencing is May 22. Aaron Nils Wartena, 35, of Park City, was sentenced for two counts of lewdness involving a child, each Class A misdemeanors. The court imposed a one-year jail sentence and a $2,500 fine for each count. Those sentences were suspended and the court placed the defendant on supervised probation for 36 months, ordered him to serve 54 days in jail, pay a $5,000 fine and complete other standard terms and conditions. William Easterby, 59, of Glencoe, Missouri, entered a guilty plea to possession or use of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor. The court imposed a one-year jail sentence. That sentence was suspended and the court placed the defendant on court probation for 18 months, ordered him to forfeit $19,050 cash that was seized, and complete other standard terms and conditions.
