(UP) A fugitive from Arizona, described m "the most wanted man in the state," was arrested at this re mote community Friday, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police disclosed. Saturday. Police identified the man as Billy Clyde Davenport, 37, and aid he was wanted for armed robbery in Phoenix and Prescott, Ariz., and Las Vegas, Nev. Police said Davenport had been working in a Dawson Creek store for months. Anderson charged Yeardye with obstruction and assaulting an officer after he allegedly resisted ar- rest. Miss Dors arrived in court with Yeardye today and presented the warrant applications to the court. Her lawyer applied for and got' the charges placed against Anderson with hearings set for a, week from today. Yeardye was released on 25 pounds ($70) bond pending a hearing on his case.
