They traveled to Portland, Ore., and then journeyed down the coast to visit with Mrse. Duke's niece and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Burgess at Redding,! Calif. Following their visit there they went to Ivanhoe, Calif., where they were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Heiselt. Mrs. Duke's brother and his wife. They, returned home by way of Las Vegas, Nev. j Mr. and Mrs. Stewart A. Morley and children, Terry, Camille, Tony and Eddy, are visiting in Provo for two weeks at the homes of their, parents, Mrr and Mrs. Paul Brown and Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo Morley. They will also visit Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Knight and other friends and relatives in Salt Lake. They have been making their home in Kansas City, Mo., however, Stewart is being transferred to Minneapolis, Minn., to continue his work with the FBI. Mrs. Roy Rawlings and sons, Craig and Kim, left today to fly to Seattle, Wash., and then to Juneau, Alaska, where they will visit for a month. Mrs. Rawlings will visit her sisters and their families, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Kirkham and children and Mr. and Mrs. Minard Mill Jr. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hancock have received word of three grandchildren born within 36 hours. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Stol- worthy (Joy) are parents of a boy born May 29. Mr. Stolworthy is in Korea, and his wife is in Orem. Mr. and Mrs. Calvin (Helen) Carlson had a girl May 27 in the American Fork Hospital, while Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hancock had a girl May 29 in Heber, Ariz. Pleasant Grove Temporarily Closed Down ueia iww Liquid On Center Street LEHI The new Lehi boat harbor has been closed until repairs and improvements are made, and legal agreements for its operation are completed, it is reported by Nel-do- n S. (Dickt Evans, chairman of the Lions Club committee which has spearheaded the harbor project. Harbor facilities, constructed on the Jordan Kivcr channel near the Jordan Pumping Station, have been closed by the Board of Canal Presidents, owners of the area. The harbor was operating on a temporary arrangement until legal agreements could be signed between the Lions Club and Board of Canal Presidents, as well as between the Lions and Dan Evans,: who will oversee the harbor. A verbal agreement between the club and board has been reached, and the legal papers are being drawn up. The agreement with Dan Evans will includa set of safety rules for the harbor. Recently a large section of the metal landing mat was torn up by a big cruiser, and must be repaired before use of the harbor can be resumed The, Lions are considering addition of more landing mats.
