Wei-bur- Just-a-Me- re' Meli-dru- m - Nepotism Charge Filed Against Idaho Sheriff CALDWELL, Sept. 16 am Sheriff Ray Luekenga must appear Sept. 21 for a preliminary hearing on a charge of nepotism involving the hiring of his mother-in-la- w to handle driver's licenses at Nampa. A complaint against the Canyon county sheriff was filed in probate court here yesterday by county attorney W. W. Wander. Luekenga posted $500 bonds. The sheriff said he hired his wife's mother for the job because he was unable to get anyone else to do the work. He said it involved- issuing some licenses at home at no additional pay.
