' The cathedral is hosting the 11th annual Eccles Organ Festival, beginning Sunday and running every other week at 8 pm through Nov. 7. This week's featured performer is Ann Elise Smoot, director of the St. Giles Organ Conservatoire in London. Smoot, a native of Philadelphia who trained at Yale University and England's Royal Academy of Music, performs regularly in the United States and Europe. r.
