Funeral services were held Thursday in Salt Lake, with burial in the Murray City cemetery. Mrs Sanders is survived by her husband; two sons, , J. The other two second grades taught by Mrs Jensen and Miss McCloskey went on a field trip this' week. Sixth graders will be given a trip to Timpanogos next week. The West Jordan Junior high school band students, flag bearers, baton twirlers, and hall patrol students were treated to a show Saturday. Seniors at Bingham high school held a dinner dance Friday evening. LaMar Clark was named superintendent of the YMMIA. His counselors are Bill Jensen and John Pollard. Van Neilson is secretary. Mr Clark organized a going soft ball team in his MIA duties before he became superintendent. Primary students in the West Jordan Stake will take part in the music for Stake Conference on Sunday. Stake singing mothers will also furnish music. There will be a Stake youth dance on May 23 held at the West Jordan Stake house. Mrs Zola Beebe and son Robert, who has completed his army service, made a trip to Colo, this Grand Junction, week. Mr & Mrs Dehlin were accompanied by Kay Tullis and Jeanne Anderson. Leah and John Lister are staying at the home of Mrs Eunice Atwood to help because their mother, Mrs Dicie Lister, is ill. Eddie Alires has been in the hospital. Mr & Mrs Louis Bigler attended a banquet at the Ambassador on Saturday night, given by Mr Bigler's employer. Mr & Mrs Steven Chipman have a new baby, their third boy. Mrs Chipman is the former Rose Mane Schmidt. Mr & Mrs Wilbur Cluff, Springvillc, were visitors at the home of Mrs Cluff's parents, Mr & Mrs Ray Nelson Sunday. Mr &. Mrs Louis Nelson traveled to Louisville, Ida., last week for a visit with Mrs Nelson's mother, Mrs Wallis Fife. Also enjoying the special event were Mr & Mrs Ronald Shields and their daughters, Janice Shields Mickelson and two babies, and Lynda Shields Tanner and baby. Pictures were taken of five generations of family members. Mrs Wallis Fife is 87 years old.
