Public Notice Opportunity for Public Comment The Air Force is accepting comments from the public on an Engineering Evaluation Cost Analysis (EECA) completed recently to look at alternatives and costs to deal with contaminated sediments in one of Hill Air Force Base's storm water retention ponds, Pond 3. The Air Force has decided to proceed with one alternative, but before doing so, will take comments from the public June 19 through July 18, 2003 on the alternative.
