The Town Clerk certified said petition on Feb. 23, 1998, and determined that it complies with, the annexation requirements set forth in to 424 Paragraph of the Utah Code. The peti tion for annexation includes a parcel of land lying within a portion of Sections 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 22 and 23 of Township 5 South, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base Meridian. The petition and description of the proposed annexation is available for inspection at 6394 N. 10800 West, Saratoga Springs, Utah. The municipality of Saratoga Springs, Utah may grant the petition if no protests are filed with the Boundary County Commission with a copy sent to the town clerk. Isl Timothy L.
