He was burn Aug. 5, 1921 in Lehi, X . to Utah Noble and Lela Varney Association, the J.C.'s, and Junior Chamber of Commerce. Survived by his wife of Lehi; sons and daugter, Lonnie Neal Evans, Ophir, Utah; Kerry Duane Mitchell Morgan, Evans, Alyson (Max) Smith, all of Lehi; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother and sister, Don N. (Laura Jean) Evans, Orem; LaRae Shelley, American Fork. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Merle ? vans. Married E ff 2fiL Fenn Alva December 1946 in Elko, Nevada. He was an electrician and retired from US Steel, Geneva. He was a Navy veteran of WWII, a member of the LDS Church and had served on the Lehi Civic Improvement 14. Evans. Funeral will be held Thursday, November 6 at 11:00 a.m. in the Wing Mortuary Chapel, 118 E. Main, Lehi where friends may call p.m. and Wednesday Thursday one hour prior to the services. She is survived by her husband of Pleasant Grove, a daughter Charlene Long of Salt Lake; two sons Bryan Carson of Jackson, Wyo. and Rod Carson of Victor, Idaho; her stepmother Anna Boley Black Hunsaker of American Fork; two stepsons Scott Roudabush of American Fork; Rick Roudabush of Orem; 15 grandchildren, eight greatgrandchildren; a sister, Beverly Jex of Holiday; two Darlene Adams of Lehi and Vonda Whitney of Salt Lake; and a half brother, Kay Boley, of Provo. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 4, in the Anderson & Sons Mortuary. Burial was in the American Fork Cemetery. He was a retired owner of a retail department store and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He served in the Korean War as an LDS Chaplain. He retired as Mayor of North Las Vegas. He was a High Priest in the LDS Church and also served as bishop, stake president, regional representative and chairman of the Las Vegas Temple Committee.
