Show Communities to present Handel's Messiah Alpine One hundred local singers are needed for the chorus in a spectacular Messiah Sing-In- . The sing-i- n will be held Friday, December 12, 7:30 pm, at the Alpine Tabernacle in American Fork. There will be no charge for this program. Four professional singers Mary Young, Laura Lewis, George Dyer and Marvin Payne will perform the solo roles. The chorus, composed of members of our community, and - a full orchestra, will perform with the soloists. Lisa Brodie, chorus director, has scheduled rehearsals on Sunday evenings from 7 to 8:30 on Nov. 9, 23, and 30. Dress rehearsal will be on Dec. 11 at 7 p.m. All rehearsals will be at the Alpine Tabernacle. Anyone who wants to perform in the chorus, please call 9 Lisa Brodie at and attend the first rehearsal.
